What is the LOTUS technology in K8 Malabares clubs?
K8 Juggling developed a club core unique in the world, engineered with all the features professional jugglers need: ultra-lightweight, firm, impact-resistant, standard weight, and eco-conscious.
Thanks to its structural design with 7 internal ducts, Lotus* technology absorbs impact in the hands, making the clubs more comfortable, stable, and healthier for long practice sessions and stage performance.
K8 Malabares clubs with Lotus* core: maximum durability, ideal balance, and professional-level performance.
Many juggling manufacturers use wooden, aluminum, or fiber cores to produce their clubs. K8 Malabares incorporates a revolutionary structural core that transforms its juggling clubs into some of the most resistant and comfortable in the world.
The club core (dowell) is the structural rod that connects the top and the knob through the handle and body. K8 Malabares clubs achieve an exceptional weight-to-balance ratio thanks to the Lotus* core, designed with 7 circular internal ducts that reduce weight while maintaining maximum strength.
This high-impact-resistant plastic core guarantees long-lasting durability and absolute consistency across a full set, since every core weighs exactly the same. One of the most important advantages of Lotus* technology is its shock absorption capability: the air contained inside the 7 internal ducts cushions impact, reducing vibration and hand fatigue.
The Lotus* juggling club model is available in 7 colors, including white. The handle is spiral-wrapped and securely stapled to the nylon core for maximum durability.
Lotus* technology is not exclusive to the Lotus model. It is present throughout the entire K8 club line: decorated models such as Gualicho, Escher, Tribal, CRKS and KMFL8; stage clubs like Tango and Nieve; and training or street juggling models such as Trap and Funk, available in multiple color combinations.

The Shape of K8 Juggling Clubs: Body and Rotation
The molded body (also known as the bulb) defines the club’s shape and determines its rotation in the air. The entire K8 Malabares club line features a medium length body with an 84 mm diameter, achieving an ideal balance between speed and control.
Tango clubs are characterized by a wider body, producing a slower and more expressive rotation — ideal for stage routines and greater stability in outdoor performances. Decorated K8 Malabares clubs are slightly heavier than standard models due to the decorative vinyl applied to the body, while maintaining the characteristic balance of the line.
